2016 TEXAS INVITATIONAL CROSS COUNTRY MEET INFORMATION Friday, September 16, 2016 Hancock Golf Course Women’s 3K – 6:00 p.m.; Men’s 5K – 6:30 p.m.
COURSE INFORMATION
Hancock Golf Course 811 E 41st St Austin, TX 78751 The course will be open for warm-ups beginning Friday, September 16, 2016 at 4:00pm. Course maps will be available online as well as in your packets. Hancock Golf Course is made up of grass, rolling hills.
DIRECTIONS/PARKING
From I-35 South take exit 237A and merge onto the frontage road. Take a right at E. 41st St. Hancock Golf Course is located on the corner of Red River St. and E. 41st St. From I-35 North take exit 237A and merge onto the frontage road. Take a left at E. 41 st St. Hancock Golf Course if located on the corner of Red River St. and E. 41st St. Parking at the course is limited. Additional parking can be found at the Hancock Center across the street.
ENTRY INFORMATION
Entry deadline is Monday, September 12, 2016 at Noon. Entries will only be available for universities/unattached that have been invited. Due to NCAA rules, high school athletes are NOT permitted in the university races. Unattached entries for college races must email entry requests to Elsa Hagemeier at [email protected] by Noon on Monday, September 12, 2016. There will be an entry fee of $200 per university/college team, per gender. University/college division has a limit of 10 runners per team. Entries will be done electronically via the direct athletics website: http://www.directathletics.com/meets/xc/5333.html , and will close at Noon CST on Monday 9/12/16. Entry fees are for entered athletes, regardless of whether they compete or not. Please pay by school issued check or credit card (cash will not be accepted). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Restrooms will be available for Athletes/Officials/Spectators near the Start/Finish Lines/Team Areas as well as in the Club House. The meet will follow all NCAA Rules/Guidelines, and will be scored accordingly (individually/team).

A sports medicine tent/area will be set up in the vicinity of the Finish Line on Friday. Water/coolers/cups will be supplied for athletes/officials.
