Meet our Guest Speakers Pastor Sam Williamson—January 7th—Pastor of Covenant Community-Ann Arbor Pastor Williamson serve as Commissioned Pastor of our sister EPC church in Ann Arbor. He studied 16th and 17th century European Intellectual history & Hebrew at the University of Michigan. He then served overseas in Europe as a missionary until he felt called to go into secular work. For the next 25 years, he was an executive & owner of a 75-person software company in Ann Arbor. He left in 2007 to begin fulltime ministry. He writes a weekly blog (http://beliefsoftheheart.com/), and speaks at retreats around the country. His most recent book is Hearing God in Conversation. Sam and his wife have been married since 1983. They have four grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.

Dr. Richard Alberta—January 14th—Retired Pastor of Cornerstone EPC–Brighton Dr. Richard Alberta was the pastor of Cornerstone EPC church in Brighton from 1992 until retiring this past December. He and his wife, Donna, were from Ward EPC in Livonia, where he served as Chairman of the Congregational Care Department. Pastor Alberta holds a BA from Rutgers University, a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Eastern Baptist Seminary. Richard and Donna have four sons and ten grandchildren. Pastor Alberta has a passion for preaching the Gospel and enjoys reading history and playing golf. He has a blog called shakingoffthedust.com.

Pastor Steve Brown—February 4th —North Oaks EPC-Clarkston Steve, Beth, and their four children have been at North Oaks since 1999. Prior to moving to Michigan they lived in Brooksville, Florida, where Steve was the Associate Pastor at Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Steve received his Master of Divinity degree in 1995 from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. Steve is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Georgia. Even though he lives in Michigan, Steve remains an avid Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan. Steve and Beth enjoy camping with their family in Michigan as well as travelling to visit relatives on the northeast coast of Florida.

Pastor Doug Walker—February 18h —Grace Chapel EPC-Farmington Doug grew up in Orlando, FL and graduated from Florida State University and Reformed Theological Seminary. After serving as an associate pastor with churches in Florida and Michigan, he became Grace Chapel’s senior pastor in April of 2005. He loves to be outdoors, so if he’s not in his office, you’ll likely find him in Grace’s community garden. He’s married to Debbie and they have two adult children. His 3 month sabbatical begins when Pastor Mark returns.

Pastor Dave VanWinkle—February 25th —Missio Dei Uptown—Chicago Dave is a Pastor and Elder at Missio Dei Uptown. At eighteen Dave became captivated by Jesus and his life has never been the same. In 2010 after working in Student Ministries here at Trinity church for five years, Dave and his wife Sara moved to Chicago to finish graduate school and eat lots of Thai food. In February 2014 he helped start Missio Dei Uptown. Dave and Sara have two children. Dave is the son-in-law to our very own Greg and Ellie Schupra.

Pastor Tyler Groff—March 18th —Ward Church EPC —Livonia

Tyler Groff is the Executive Pastor of Ward Church in Northville, MI. He is married to Rachel of 10 years and they have 3 kids Emory (6), Layne (4), and Caleb (2). Tyler loves Trinity EPC and only hopes he can look as good as Mark Fuller when he is his age.

Pastor Brian Evans—March 25h —5point7 Community Church EPC—Detroit Brian was born and raised on the east side of Detroit where he serves as the Planter/Pastor of 5point7 Community Church. After spending his teenage years entangled with the brokenness and dysfunction that was rampant in his community, Brian was converted to Christ at age 19, and called to the ministry a couple years later. Brian has spent over 20 years involved in inner-city ministry, both in his native city Detroit, and also in Atlanta. After completing a two year church planting residency program at First Presbyterian Church of Trenton. Brian was blessed with the opportunity of going back to his broken community on the east side of Detroit, where along with his team, they have planted a gospel-centered, community serving church. Brian is married to Shannon Evans, and are the proud parents of five.
