SRA Vice President (Finance) Programming Advisory Committee June 14, 2017
Dear SRA, Last SRA meeting the OP for ‘All-Ages programming committee’ was changed to ‘Programming Advisory Committee’. Previously the purpose of the all-ages programming committee was to ensure that 1280 hosted a minimum of 2 all-ages event nights. This committee has since been changed to act as an advisory committee for our campus events department. The change in the committees OP added an addition MSU seat which has yet to be filled. The purpose of this motion is to reopen the MSU seat on this committee so that interested students may join this new committee. Currently there is one available seat and I believe a committee with the mandate of the Programming Advisory Committee would garner interest from the student community.
