ATTENTION OWNERS REMINDER REGARDING UPCOMING BANK CHANGE As mentioned in the monthly Newsletter, Amber Property Management will be moving the banking relationship from Union Bank to Sunwest Bank. Monthly statements sent out will be updated to reflect the new address to help ensure that payments are processed immediately. Remember, while the bank change does not affect payments made by ACH (Automatic Clearing House), those of you that use an on-line bill-pay service through your own bank will need to advise your bank of the switch to Sunwest Bank.
The new lockbox address for payments is as follows:
P.O. Box 25119 Santa Ana, Ca. 92799-5119 If you have any questions regarding the change, please call Amber Property Management at (949) 429-5831.
