No chance for escape Dirt can’t sneak through a Meteor® filter. Our unique flow pattern design makes sure all water passes through the optimum amount of sand at the proper speed. It creates an impenetrable maze that traps more dirt to leave your water crystal clear. Plus, because dirt is trapped more uniformly within the sand bed, it requires infrequent backwashing. That means superior performance with less attention from you.
Sand Filter 20–100 Microns
The Meteor strips away particles as small as 20 microns. That’s 50 times smaller than an average grain of sand!

• High-volume water circulation rates assure your pump
works less to filter more for enhanced energy efficiency and lower operating cost.
• Top-mounted, six-way valve means all service and
maintenance routines are completed with a flip of the wrist—the integrated pressure gauge, manual air relief valve, and sight glass make operation fast, easy, and safe.
• Slotted laterals prevent sand from entering your pool. Dirt can’t sneak in. Sand won’t sneak out.
• One-piece, ultra-strong spherical tank features uniform
wall thickness to provide years of service. Can’t corrode. Won’t lose strength.
