[email protected] May 20, 2016 Temescal Wellness P.O. Box 6472 Manchester, NH 03108 Dear Temescal Wellness, My name is Mike Dillon. I am applying for the Production Team Manager or Associate positions. I spent 15 years self employed as a freelance stage technician working everything from corporate events to rock and roll to ballet to opera so I'm no stranger to hard work or long days. As a freelancer, I was constantly booking gig after gig, sometimes as many as four in a single day. Of course, a single day was sometimes 16 to 48 hours long. During this time, I also served as in-house crew chieffor the Boston Ballet. Being self-employed in entertainment provided me with numerous skill sets, many of which will be useful in a greenhouse setting, especially at initial start up. In addition to basic wiring, plumbing and carpentry skills and the ability to drive any non-CDL vehicles with and without trailers, I also have developed a greater than basic understanding of lighting as it pertains to indoor animal husbandry and horticulture. September 2011 I launched Stellionata Consulting, LLC. We specialize in foreclosure defense litigation support. In addition to creating custom templates and procedures for what we do, I also interact with clients and/or their legal counsel on a daily basis. My wife/partner handles the litigation support side of the business while I focus on chain of title analysis. Among other things, this requires extensive research in county registries of deeds as well as the Security and Exchange Commission's data base. At any given time, Stellionata could be involved in as many as half a dozen clients/cases. In addition to general daily business functions, I am also responsible for any media inquires or interaction therewith. Over the course of the last decade, I have kept various forms of freshwater and tropical fish as a hobby aquarist. I've also has been an avid fresh and saltwater fisherman. This developed into an interest in aquaponic growing in the last few years, during which time I constructed a small 200 gallon basement aquaponic system in which I've grown various tomatoes, bok choy, strawberries and peppers. In addition to building a 27 chip, 250 watt, air cooled LED lighting unit, I am also familiar with metal halide, high pressure sodium and induction lighting. I have enjoyed outdoor gardening off and on as time and careers allowed. I've grown everything from Moming Glory and Four O'Clocks to zucchini, tomatoes, tomatillo, peppers and com in the back yard garden. As time and scheduling allow, I would like to pursue my Master Gardener certificate from the University of New Hampshire as well. Whether indoors or out, I also insist on using organic growing methods, including integrated pest management, whenever possible. With specific regard to these positions, I have a serious interest in leaming everything possible involving the various indica and sativa strains, their cannabinoid and terpene profiles and how they interact with a multitude of illnesses and injuries. I am also familiar with ethanol essential oil and C02 I dry ice extraction methods. I believe that I am an excellent candidate for either position and will have no issues in successfully passing the requisite background check. I look forward to having the opportunity to interview for one of these positions. -~inc_ er.ely,
