MILLCREEK RIPTIDE TRAVEL SOFTBALL Sponsorship Guidelines

Participants of MYAA’s Millcreek Riptide Travel Softball program have the opportunity to lower or eliminate the out-of-pocket registration fee obligation by actively participating in our sponsorship drive. There are three levels of sponsorship donations that are available: Bronze Level ($100) Silver Level ($200) Gold Level

($400)

Each donation level has its advertising benefit to the sponsor as outlined on the Sponsorship Form. 100% of all collected sponsorship dollars goes directly to offsetting a player’s registration fees up to the full cost of the fee. However, the following stipulations should be kept in mind: 1) Sponsorship funds can ONLY be used to reduce a player’s registration fee obligation for travel softball and a player’s recreational softball fee. 2) Sponsorship funds CANNOT be applied toward team merchandise / apparel purchases. 3) Sponsorship funds CANNOT be carried over from one year to the next. 4) Sponsorship funds above and beyond a player’s registration fee obligation CAN be applied towards a teammate’s registration fee. 5) Sponsorship funds above and beyond a player’s registration fee obligation CAN be applied towards the team’s general fundraising account. 6) Families can solicit any number of sponsors and sponsorship packages. 7) Sponsorship’s must be paid in full by April 30th for a player to get credit and for a sponsor to be included in any advertising media. Any sponsorships received after this date will be refunded back to a player’s account, but there is no guarantee that the sponsor will be included in any advertising. 8) If a player is removed from, or chooses to leave the team for any reason, all sponsorship fees that have been collected will be forfeited to the Millcreek Riptide general fund.
