Mortgage Inspections
Borger Management, Inc. has confirmed the annual mortgage inspection for the Majestic Apartments has been scheduled to be completed on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 between the hours of 11:30 am and 2:30 pm. In accordance with the annual inspection, a set percentage of the occupied apartment homes will be required to be inspected, in addition to the common areas and any community amenities. Please be aware that the inspector will randomly select apartment homes for inspection on May 10, 2016 to fulfill the occupied apartment home inspection requirement; I am not advised in advance of the apartments he/she will choose. Any homes accessed will be notified of our entrance by receipt of a business card left on the kitchen countertop.
