We are requesting your assistance in sponsoring a team/s in 2018. Your company name would be crested on the back of the player’s shirt as well as a sponsor plaque for you to display at your company. It will also be on the Mississauga North web site. Please complete this form and mail it back with your cheque (payable to Mississauga North Baseball Association) to the address at the bottom of this letter.
