B D Titan Utilitrac Bracket Kit A: Mounting Hardware B: Front Brackets C: Prop Brackets D: Rear Brackets Note: Before beginning install, you must first remove the Utili Trac end cap lock and the bed extender. The bed extender can be reinstalled after you have installed the the UnderCover brackets. You will not need to reinstall the end cap lock, the UnderCover brackets will secure the bed extender in place.
RE: Step 2 on the Quick Start Guide For this install you will need to start with the front brackets first. Slightly screw on two Flat Clamps to the front bracket and starting from the rear, insert into the Utili Trac and slide to the front. Position bracket according to measurements on the reverse side. NOTE: The hardware contains 2 longer bolts, save these for Step 3.

FRONT BULKHEAD RE: Step 3 on the Quick Start Guide Position the prop mount bracket 55” from the front of the bulkhead to the center of the ball stud. Install using the Utili Trac flat clamps. At this time you can re-install the bed extender bracket, you do not need to re-install the bed extender to the bracket yet. TOP VIEW PASSENGER SIDE

FRONT BULKHEAD Install the rear brackets using one Utili Trac Flat Clamp and one C-Clamp. Install the Utili Trac Flat Clamp into hole #1 and the C-Clamp into hole #2, (refer to diagram below) use the longer bolts for the C-clamp. The fit of the cover to the truck bed is determined by the front mounting brackets. This measurement is a good starting point. Unfortunately not all truck beds are assembled 100% square, so some adjustments may be necessary after the cover is set on the truck.
