RINK MANAGER by Paul Caufield Next summer we will need to shut down the rink WEHL starts this weekend Team Wisconsin Starts now Schedule is in good shape Girls coach will be from Marshfield-likely set practice time on Mon nights
COMMITTEE REPORTS Executive & Ethics Committee (Bolton, Dillingham, Robinson, and Christie) Meet with Keller builders today Have not heard back from Rink tech. No one has showed up yet. This is holding back any type of expansion timeline.

E board believes quote came in higher than expected. Needs to review contracts. We will be looking into other options. Try-Outs have been set Coaching Committee (Molski, Brooks) Remind people that need to turn in their apps Got a list about back checks and safe-sport
Concession Committee (Kawleski, open) Nothing new to report Vending Machine is broken-trying figure out how to get it fixed Will be sending email about openers and closers Did a bunch of cleaning Equipment Committee (OJ, N.Czaikowski) 2nd hand out-going well
Evaluations Committee (Salienko, Molski)
Eval guide will be voted on next meeting and then sent to membership Current schedule in on the rink schedule
Facilities Maintenance Committee (Pavelski, open)
Fire System monitoring-H&S came and gave a very high quote. Looking into other optins Sinks have not yet been fixed Sensor in mens room has been fixed Bid from focus on energy (6000) to move all lights to LED Loose screws have been fixed
Fundraising Committee (Laszinski, Kurzinski)
Packets have been ordered Sept 1 will be pick up date Turn in date Oct 19th
Intro and U-8 Committee (N.Czaikowski, Kaczmarek)
U8 Red Issue Follow Up o Touched up letter sent out to all intro and u8 letters Pushing goalies
