Goleta Sanitary District One William Moffett Place Program Formed in 1942. the Goleta Sanitary District provides regional wastewater collection, treatment and disposal services for approximately 80,000 residents of the Goleta Valley. Their state of the art water resource recovery facility (WRRF)includes the region's first water reclamation facility that is capable of producing up to 3 million gallons of tertiary treated water for irrigation use on a daily basis. Come early to the next SBCSDA chapter meeting (5pm) to get a VIP tour of the District's WRRF and see what GSD is all about. Steve Wagner, GSD's General Manager will provide brief overview of the District and his Board's vision for the future.
