If you require electricity please book it directly with Central Display by April 6th. Payment for electrical connection will be made to Central Display. 1-204-237-3367 [email protected] www.centraldisplay.ca We are delighted to welcome Central Display as a partner for our 2018 Cottage Show, and we are sure that you will enjoy the access to additional services and products to add to the professional look of your booth that they will provide. They will also be on hand at the show during set-up to handle some of those last minute requests. Please note: we recommend that you book your electricity no later than April 6th as where you are located on the floor plan will depend in part on whether or not you require electrical connection. While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, those received after April 6th may prove more challenging.

  Payment by cheque, Visa or Mastercard due with registration to reserve show space. Booth spaces must be paid in full no later than April 6, 2018, although we will accept registrations with payments beyond that if space is available.   Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans sometimes change, but given our advertising and planning deadlines we will generally will only be able to offer a staggered schedule for refunds: 50% up to April 6, 2018; no refunds beyond April 6th, 2018. For special booth requirements or requests please contact Diane at 807-543-4287 or [email protected]. Specific booth locations will be considered on a first come, first served basis. Please note that Exhibitors are required to keep their booth space open until show closing at 7 p.m. with dismantling to start no earlier than 7 p.m.
