Move-In Fees & Deposits Congratulations on the purchase of your new home. Action Property Management wants to help make your moving process as smooth and safe as possible.
Please note that your association requires Move-In Fees and/or a Deposit in order to arrange for personnel to oversee the move process and to help protect the common areas around your home.
Moves must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. Please contact the Front Desk/Management Office to schedule & coordinate your move.
