The parties acknowledge that everything else is in good working order.
The parties agree that this work may not be completed before taking possession of the apartment, but will be undertaken by the management upon a schedule determined by the management to be reasonable. The parties additionally agree that the apartment will be left in the same, clean and undamaged condition when they vacate the apartment, save for normal wear and tear, failing which the tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of restoring the apartment to that same condition.
