The Leasing Office can only accept personal checks for the final utilities bill. Can be deducted from deposit upon approval. Flatten all cardboard boxes and call the concierge to arrange pickup. Do not place boxes in trash rooms as it can block access. Without exception, each apartment is issued at minimum 2 apt, 2 mailbox, and 1 pool key at move-in. Additional charge apply if not returned.
