NEW BIRTH YEAR GUIDELINES As part of the National US Youth Soccer Player Development initiatives, the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA), the Arrowhead Youth Soccer Association (AYSA) and the Hermantown Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) have placed new birth year guidelines into effect. Below are the new birth year guidelines for all HYSA teams:
