Trade-Up Process Overview 1. Generate Quote by using RapidQuote, BYOD or the on-line portal. 2. Customer selects New Cricket phone, plan and/or accessories. 3. Import/finish the quote in the Trade-Up portal, (linked from RQ4). 4. Complete the transaction in POS. Customer receives instant credit to use on products, (not services). 5. Place used phone in trade-up drawer with voucher attached.
6. Prepare shipment to Clover once a week. 7. Ship devices and receive back credit. * RQ or BYOD must be imported into the Trade-up portal prior to completing transaction in RQ4
