Your Trash Service Includes MarBorg offers curbside pick-up with free, easy-to-maneuver, wheeled carts for trash, greenwaste, and recycling. Wheeled trash carts are available in 95, 65, and 35 gallon sizes. Recycle and greenwaste carts are available in the 95 gallon size. Your trash service subscription includes unlimited recycling and greenwaste collection. Trash and recycling are collected every week, and greenwaste is collected every other week. To change services or adjust your service volume, please contact us at 805-963-1852. As a reminder for curbside pick-up: • Place your containers at the curbside by 6 am. • Leave at least one foot of space between your containers and any other obstacles (cars, trees, etc.). • Place your containers with the handles facing your house, so the lid opens facing the street. • Leave enough space around your mailbox for the post office to deliver your mail. • Make sure your cart lids fully close – don’t overfill the containers. Rates are generally updated each July 1st. Current rates are located on our website, www.marborg.com/collection-rates-santa-barbara. If we miss your service, please call the office within 24 hours so that we can send a vehicle to empty your containers. If service is missed due to inaccessible containers, a go-back charge may apply.

Holiday Schedule
MarBorg Industries celebrates six holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. When a holiday occurs on a Monday or Thursday your service will not be effected. If the holiday falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, your service may change that week and MarBorg can alert you about the holiday schedule with an e-mail reminder. If you would like to be included on our e-mail list, which is used only for these holiday alerts, please contact our office.
Service Schedule Magnets Because your greenwaste service is biweekly, we are including a magnet that shows the dates of all greenwaste pickups for the year. Your trash and recycling are collected weekly, on the same weekday as your greenwaste.
The magnet graphic pictured above is for example only. The magnet included in the new customer packet shows your specific pickup dates.
FREE Bulky Waste COLLECTION DAYS MarBorg Industries is giving you more flexibility for when we collect your bulky waste! Curbside Bulky Waste collections may be scheduled on the FIRST TUESDAY of every month. Each residential customer will be able to schedule FOUR of these curbside pick-ups per calendar year. Place your items at the curb by 6 am on the day of the pickup, or the night before. If you have any questions about the new procedures, or would like to schedule any of your bulky waste collection days, please call our office at 805-963-1852.
