S.O.P. – Terry & Linen Program
New Terry and Linen Program Program Summary: Effective immediately, all terry and linen purchases will be ordered through HD Supply. We have partnered with Sobel Westex to manufacture RLHC labeled linen, our Cascadia Soapery Bath Sheet and Bath Mat, and our daily terry. HD Supply will act as our warehouse and distribution center. Properties must implement the new Standard by January 1, 2017. Objective: To achieve consistency across the brand and to better align our simple and clean Pacific Northwest feel, our bedding will now be standardized. Bed Making Procedure for Hotels and Inn & Suites:
A bed pad and box spring cover is required on every mattress Start making the bed by placing a flat sheet around the mattress Place the second flat sheet on the bed Place the duvet evenly on top of the bed. Leave 1 foot away from headboard Fold the exposed flat sheet over the duvet. Fold over the flat sheet underneath the duvet over the top of the duvet a quarter over the top of the duvet Place the top pocketed duvet cover over the duvet facing the head of the bed. Tuck the duvet into the top pocket of the duvet sheet (Top Sheet with the pocket for the duvet) Make certain the top pocket duvet sheet is pulled down a quarter from the top of the bed. Tuck all sheets tightly under the mattress Place pillowcases on all pillows (4 standard pillows for a queen bed or double bed & 4 king pillows for a king bed) Stack pillows on top of each other i.e. two total stacks Place the single decorative pillow in front of the sleeping pillows. Red decorative pillow for Hotels and black decorative pillow for Inn & Suites.
