Step 1 — Battery



Press the grip on the back of the phone and slide the rear housing down towards the bottom of the phone.

Step 2



Use your fingernail and gently pull the the bottom of the battery up.



Lift out battery and remove.

Step 3 — SIM Card



Use your fingernail to lift the metal cage up.



Remove SIM card.

Close the metal cage.

Step 5 — Front Cover



Pull the top casing up after inserting thumbs under the two tabs labeled with the arrows. then slowly rotate up and over the screen.

Step 6



After removing the top cover, turn the phone over so the screen is facing upwards.

Lift the front off the phone by pulling above the arrows.

Step 8 — LCD Screen



Remove the six screws with a T-6 Torx screwdriver.

Gently lift the top of the screen up.

 Be cautious of loose parts. Step 10



Gently pull up on the grey plastic tab.

Lift off plastic cover.
