Why? -
- Maximize conditioning and stamina to outlast your opponent. - Develop better balance and core stability for a quicker change of direction, and a harder, more accurate shot. - Enhance first step explosiveness - Improve overall speed and power to gain the advantage when attacking the defense or defending the goal. - Develop total body strength to allow you to keep space between your opponent and the ball.
