Home Loan Bank of Seattle and Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation Replace substandard roofing Replace soffit, fascia & gutters Replace substandard exterior doors Replace substandard windows Replace or improve exterior walls & siding Replace substandard wiring & fuse boxes Replace faulty fences & sprinklers Concrete work (replacement of broken concrete, installation of driveways or wheelchair ramps)
Seniors, persons with disabilities, single parents and minorities are encouraged to apply

By May 2, 2014 Income qualifications apply, qualified homeowner will be required to supply sweat equity hours, process of selecting qualified applicants will be based on a pre-determined soring/criteria, NNHC Construction Supervisor will determine final scope & cost.
