Bible Lessons and Memory Verses The theme of our daily Bible lesson is character. We encourage your child to memorize one or both of the memory verses listed below. Memorization of the verses is not required for a child to participate in our soccer camp.

Monday 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. (ESV) Romans 8:29 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. (ESV)

Tuesday Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (ESV) 1 Peter 4:2 So as to live for the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human passions but for the will of God. (ESV)

Wednesday Romans 12:9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. (ESV) 1 Timothy 1:5 The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. (ESV)

Thursday Romans 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world. (ESV)

Friday Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
