Meet with parents first Outline expectations — game/practice times, promptness Identify Team Manager for treats, phone tree, etc. Administrative duties Medical Release Forms — on hand for all practices and games Pictures for player cards — MUST have picture affixed to card Referee pay — cash the check, divide it up, delegate duty to a parent Team pictures — forms for players, Friday, 9/22 and Saturday, 9/23 Practices Sign up sheet in the back of the room (questions for Chris Silberhorn) Guidelines: Must have two adults present, first-aid kit, mobile phone Player Equipment Shin guards and socks to cover them, cleats (every practice) No jewelry or hard hair accessories Water (bottle or two)
