AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROCEDURE The property will be offered in three tracts. No combinations. DOWN PAYMENT A ten percent (10%) down payment on the day of the auction will be required upon signing a purchase agreement immediately following the close of bidding. All funds will be held by The Land Office LLC Trust Account. The down payment may be paid in the form of personal check, business check, or cashier check. The remainder of the purchase price is payable in certified funds at closing. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDI‐ TIONAL UPON FINANCING.
