The Secretary shall record attendance, provide voting rights, and agenda

President’s Report
-Get as many volunteers as possible for this weekend -PAL donated a bus for the game this weekend -If volunteers are not there from each town, the town gets fined -Letters turned in for eboard- Molly Spino for secretary. Eboard gets voted in December, General Board, January. -Nov 18 concessions clean up Jason Davis, Shannon Davis

Cheer Coordinator’s Report
-locals at Crosby, D-10 took 1st, D-12 2nd, D-13 1st -States- D-10 2nd, D-12 4th, D-13 3rd -Nov 22 is regionals. Asking to cover one night for coaches. Approved. $89 x3 -Arts desire fundraiser next Friday 14th Rich Romanchick, Karlyn Strom
