Finance Update: o Report of Balances: see DMS report for updated balances o Request of Funds: none o Allocations of Funds: Craft Booth Money goes to classrooms selling / Silent Auction Baskets $ goes classrooms but split equally / Silent Auction Events goes to classrooms participating

Committees Reports: o Fundraising: Amazon Smile: Ms Brittany will research information to communicate to families o Harvest Festival: o Approximately $5000.00 before reimbursements  Ticket Sales/Food/etc to be decided on by CAC  Although fun to go into classrooms- we need parents for clean-up. Rooms they were left unclean  No one should be left on campus by themselves  Committee and Staff communication needs to be improved o Winter Festival / Science Fair: Cindy- Thursday 12/8 planning meeting on 11/2 with Ms. Ally o Spelling Bee: Andrea & Sonja- nothing to report o Book Fairs: Waiyee (Usborne) & Carla (Scholastic)o Usborne Book raised $3844 total: just under $2000 in books for school- $200 left over after filling class wish lists. Remaining to be used for Crater Lake (missing wish list) and books for office. o Next Scholastic Book Fair - Talk to teachers about need for books in classroom library, or cash for other library needs o Yearbook: Ms. Carrie & Ms. Acxa- nothing to report

Additional Discussion Items: o Variety Show- Performance and Visual Art (Art Auction-Silent Auction this year with Variety Show) o Need parent to inventory Literature Circle books in Speech Room
