USATT membership can be renewed and purchased at the event. Policies: Players may not enter two events with identical start times. Events can be canceled or combined at the discretion of the tournament committee (David Livings, Teodor Gheorghe, Keith Evans and Jasna Rather). No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no‐shows. Tournament will be conducted under ITTF rules and USATT policies. USATT dress code will be enforced. All decisions of the referee are final. Ratings: Sep. 23,2016 USATT website ratings will be used for entry. Seedings are based on most current Ratings (11/11/2016). Format: Matches are best of 5. Official Tournament Equipment: Nittaku Premium 40+ White, tables Stiga Expert Roller and Stiga Optimum 30, Stiga and Tibhar nets. Entry Deadline: November 3, 2016 (Thursday). Withdrawal & Refunds: There will be no refunds after November 3, 2016. Venue: TWU ‐ Sid Richardson Gymnasium, 1100 S. Collard Street, Fort Worth, TX 76105. Check‐in: Starts at 8:15 AM on November 12, 2016 and at 8:15 AM on November 13, 2016 Events: RR – Round Robin Events in which 2 players advance from each round robin group to a crossover Eligibility to play Texas State Closed Championship: Open to all Texas residents (tourist visa will not be accepted) including military stationed in Texas and full time students attending schools in state of Texas. Proof of eligibility to be submitted with the tournament entry form. Events with start time on Saturday will end on Saturday, and events with start time on Sunday will end on Sunday.
