NT Backing Up Files over the Network
HOW TO BACK UP FILES OVER THE NETWORK FOR
DVR SYSTEMS
MODEL NUMBERS: QT-Series
STEP 1: Turn on your computer and open Internet Explorer.
STEP 2: In the address bar, enter in the IP address of your DVR (Note: If your WebCam viewer does not fit the internet explorer, right click above the “New Tab” button and disable the different toolbars that may be taking space).

STEP 3: Enter your login information (default user name is “admin” and the default password is “123456”) and click “LOGIN” (If this screen does not appear, see the “ActiveX Controls” guide).
STEP 4: Move the cursor to “BACKUP” and click.

STEP 5: Input the start date for the DVR to search for the files you wish to back up.
STEP 6: Input the start time for the DVR to search for the files you wish to back up.

STEP 7: Input the end date for the DVR to search for the files you wish to back up.
STEP 8: Input the end time for the DVR to search for the files you wish to back up.

STEP 9: Select the channels of the files you wish to back up.
STEP 10: Move the cursor to “Search” and click.

STEP 11: Check the boxes next to the files you wish to backup.
STEP 12: Move the cursor to “Browse” and click.

STEP 13: Set the save destination and click “OK”.
STEP 14: Move the cursor to “Backup” and click.

STEP 16: Move the cursor to “Save” and click.

STEP 17: Set the save destination for the codec that will let you play the files.
STEP 18: A progress bar next to the files will show the progress of the file back up.
