A separate card is necessary for each agenda item to be addressed and also to speak on any matter that is not specifically listed on the agenda during “Statements from the Public”. Each person addressing the Town Council shall step up to the microphone in front of the podium, state his/her name and address in an audible voice for the record and, unless further time is granted by the Town Council, shall limit his/her address to three (3) minutes.

Consideration of Ordinance No. O-10-2015, amending Section 14-90 of Chapter 14. of the Lantana Code of Ordinances regarding the Police Relief and Pension Fund, to provide for the formula used to calculate the rate of return for the Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP). (Case No. ANX15-0001) Remarks: Second Reading and Public Hearing Consideration of a request for a Special Exception relative to section 23-96(d)(6) of the Town Code to allow a Service Station in the C1 Commercial District located at 1320 W.
