MAX LOHMAN, TOWN ATTORNEY _____ CRYSTAL GIBSON, TOWN CLERK _____ PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE_____ In accordance with Lantana Resolution No. R-07-2013, to address the Council on any agenda item, a Public Comment Card must be fully completed and presented to the Town Clerk prior to the item being discussed. A separate card is necessary for each agenda item to be addressed and also to speak on any matter that is not specifically listed on the agenda during “Statements from the Public”. Each person addressing the Town Council shall step up to the microphone in front of the podium, state his/her name and address in an audible voice for the record and, unless further time is granted by the Town Council, shall limit his/her address to three (3) minutes.

Consideration of Ordinance No. O-10-2015, amending Section 14-90 of Chapter 14. of the Lantana Code of Ordinances regarding the Police Relief and Pension Fund, to provide for the formula used to calculate the rate of return for the Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP). Lantana Road. Presentation of the Police Department’s Employee of the Quarter Award Consideration of a site plan and special exception for Water Tower Commons. Consideration of designating specified tangible personal property as surplus municipal property.
