Old Business. The combination for the FTSP gates is 1192. Please make sure you lock the gates if you are the last one out.
New Business: We will have a proposal to amend the by-laws so that the Referee Assignor position is not a board position, rather it would be an “independent contractor” and would be filled by a bid process. The slate of incumbent officers has been approved for re-election. They are: Ken Dubuc – Secretary Mike Kremer – Treasurer Head Ref – Mark Baker Registrar – Lisa Nehus Director of Select – Ron Culyer Director of Coaching – Tim Gessner The following positions are open: Vice President/ President Elect Director of Field Maintenance The following have been nominated for the following positions: Kathy Eaton & Tom Murrin – Director of Fields Referee Assignor – Elizabeth Allegrini and Dennis Guilkey Elections will take place at the November meeting for those positions where there are 2 or more people running.
