FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE OAG: Will Withdraw Motion to Revoke Pre-Trial Release of Torre Jr. August 11, 2015- Tamuning, Guam- The Office of the Attorney General takes pre-trial release violations very seriously. The charges against defendant Mark Torre Jr. in CF421-15 warranted immediate action to ensure the safety of the community-at-large. New information was received today from an individual who previously has been mistakenly identified as Mark Torre Jr., and was also mistakenly identified as him on Sunday, August 9, 2015, at the Anderson AFB barber shop. The OAG today confirmed that defendant Mark Torre Jr. had not, in fact, violated the conditions of his pre-trial release.
