OFFLINE TICKET SCANNING Best for events with 150+ ticket sales and no reliable internet at the venue entrance . REQUIREMENTS: Scanner Laptop Internet (for initial setup only) Scanners are available upon request in advance of the show/tour or at these venues: Kings Arms (AKL), San Fran (WTN), Bodega (WTN). SETUP: Internet is required for a couple of minutes to complete set up. 1) Log into your ticket sales monitor using either Chrome or Safari only, find the show and click ‘Offline Scan’. 2) In the new page that pops up click ‘Load Offline Tickets’. Once done, it is essential to bookmark this page to ensure you can return to it when you are offline. These first two steps can be done anytime after ticket sales close (5.30pm unless specified otherwise). 3) Plug in the scanner, click into the ticket ID field above the scan button and you’re ready to go.
SCANNING TICKETS: One click of the scanner will allow one person entry. Repeat where multiple entries are noted on the ticket and the other guests are present. Possible alerts: ‘Updated [ticket name] x 1’ The ticket has been accepted and the person may enter. ‘Ticket complete everyone has arrived’ No more entries are available on this ticket. ‘Wrong code for ticket’ The ticket ID is not recognised. This is likely due to an incomplete scan or the ticket could be for a different show.

IMPORTANT This system only works with Safari or Chrome. You MUST bookmark the page once tickets have been loaded so that you can return to the page when offline. There must always be a cursor in the ticket ID field for tickets to be entered. Do not rely on the scanner’s beep alone to indicate things are working correctly. HELP: Ticket won’t scan If a ticket or phone will not scan, enter the ticket number into the ticket ID field. Repeat if there are multiple entries. No Ticket If someone arrives without a ticket but has access to the internet on their phone, they can access their ticket by logging into the site and going to MY UTR and then MY TICKETS. They could also download our general app from the app store.
