ONLINE FOOTBALL SEASON TICKET TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

Below are the step by step instructions for how to transfer your football season tickets online.  If you have any  questions during this process, please call (734) 764‐0247. 

STEP 1:  Go to MGoBlue.com/go/transfer  o Review Season Ticket Transfer Terms & Conditions  o Click on “Online Form” on the bottom  o Log in using your account number and password   

            STEP 2:    Click on “Transfer Application – New Application”

STEP 3:    Once you have reviewed the terms & conditions, check the box and click “continue.”   

STEP 4:  Check the box next to “Football Season Ticket Transfer” and enter the number of tickets you are transferring   under “quantity.”    o If you have seats in different tiers, you will only want to check the box and enter the quantity if you   are transferring seats within that specific tier.  o Fill in required information regarding the ticket recipient.   If you are transferring tickets to multiple people, you can not do so online.  You will have to fill out     the paper transfer form for each recipient.  This form can be found at MGoBlue.com/go/transfer.                    This box lists all of your seats within    this seating tier.  If you have other    seats in a different seating tier, they      will be listed in a separate box below  this one.  The number in the    “quantity” box on the right should  reflect the number of seats from this    specific seating tier that you wish to      transfer.  If you don’t want to transfer  any of the tickets listed, leave the box    unchecked and the quantity at “0.”

Fill in the seat location(s) for the seats you are transferring.  If you are keeping some of your seats, indicate which seats you are keeping.  Click “Add to cart” at the bottom of the page.

STEP 6:  If someone other than the original season ticket holder is paying the transfer donation, click on the “click here” link in  the pop‐up that appears.  Then provide the payer information.  If the original season ticket holder is indeed the  person paying the transfer donation, simply click on the X in the top right. 

 

STEP 7:  Click “checkout” on the right of the shopping cart page.

STEP 8:  Enter payment information  Click “submit payment”
