Presenter Summer Sepulveda

Ms. Sepulveda graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business in 2008 with a B.S. in Marketing Her background is in print and new media, as well as event marketing and advertising. In January 2010WBEC-West brought Summer on as the Community Liaison Coordinator to manage community outreach and communication efforts including email marketing, social media, and regional events. She represents WBEC-West in Southern California as Community Liaison and Development Coordinator out of Los Angeles. Her role in the community is speaking at and hosting events for diverse suppliers to explain the value of certification. She is a resource for corporations, community members, and women business owners regarding certification education. Summer played an instrumental role in the 2011 WBENC National Conference social by bringing the conversation online using social media, webinars, and onsite promotions. Other successes include assisting in the launch of the Platinum Supplier Program and planning the 2011 WBEC-West regional conference in Las Vegas.
