OPENING PROCEDURES Ÿ Turn on fry-o-lator to 400 Degrees (no higher), on/off switch is in
the front. Ÿ Add water to the hot dog machine using the small gum pail until the heating element is under 1” of water. Hot dogs are in the black refrigerator; if there are none left check the big freezer. Ÿ Turn on the Hot Dog steamer to HIGH. Put 6 hotdogs in for weekend games and 4 hot dogs in for weekday games to start. Ÿ Do not cook any chicken, fries, or onion rings without having an order for them. We have no way of keeping them warm. (tell customers there will be a 5-10 min wait time) Ÿ If it’s cold, make a pot of coffee. Ÿ Check the toilet paper in both restrooms. The keys are hanging over the coffee maker. Ÿ The money for the Snack Shack is in the microwave.
CLOSING PROCEDURES Ÿ Sweep the floor Ÿ Drain the water from the hot dog machine using the big white pail.
Be CAREFUL - The water will be hot! Ÿ Turn off the fry-o-lator (the switch is in the front) Ÿ Put any uncooked hotdogs in the refrigerator along with the buns. Ÿ Refill cooler with drinks. Ÿ Put all money (except coins) in the safe. Leave $25 in small bills ($1 & $5's only). Ÿ Empty trash – Dumpster is behind the backstop in the parking lot. Ÿ If the scoreboard controller was used; please be sure to plug in the charger. Ÿ Please arm the security system when exiting.
