ARTICLE IX - OTHER COMMITTEES SECTION 13 Concession Committee. The Board of Directors may appoint a Concession Committee consisting of not less than one (1) nor more than two (2) Directors and other appointed Regular Members. The Committee shall: (a) Review applications for the manager position and recommend to the board (b) Maintains the operation of concession facilities (c) Organizes the purchase of concession products (d) Responsible for the management of the concession sales at league events (e) Schedules volunteers to work the concession booth during league events (f) Collects and reviews concession related offers including coupons, discounts and bulkpurchasing opportunities (g) Organizes, tallies and keeps records of concession sales and purchases.
