OUTCINEMA PRIDE EVENT A spirited celebration on the Monday of Pride week in June, OutCinema features a crowd-pleasing film, Q&A and party for 500 at Chelsea’s SVA Theatre. Presented in partnership with NYC Pride, the event kicks off a highly promoted week of jubilant festivities for the city’s LGBTQ community. OutCinema in 2016 featured Strike a Pose, a rousing documentary about Madonna’s 1990 Blonde Ambition tour dancers and their impact on LGBTQ expression and culture.
