Oxford Campus ‘Love Your Thinking’ Promotion 2016 Full Terms and Conditions: 1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, 2. No purchase necessary however a valid Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account and internet access is required. 3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 GMT on 1st February 2016 and 23.59 BST on 31st July 2016. 4. To Enter: Answer this month’s question, which can be found online on the competition tab at www.facebook.com/oxfordnotebooks, by writing your answer down (up to 25 words), take a picture of it then either:

a. Fill in the entry form and upload your answer to the competition tab found at www.facebook.com/oxfordnotebooks OR, b. Log onto your Twitter account (or create one for free), then upload your answer, and include the hashtag #LoveYourThinking. An entry form will be sent within 5 working days which must be filled in to complete the entry. OR, c. Log onto your Instagram account (or create one for free), then upload your answer and include the hashtag #LoveYourThinking. An entry form will be sent within 5 working days which must be filled in to complete the entry.

Twitter and Instagram entries that do not contain the hashtag will not be valid.

5. Further entry details: a. Entrants must only submit images that are their own work; b. Entrants must not upload images which have been previously published or won an award or prize via a promotion run by the Promoter or any other entity; c. Entries must not be more than 25 words; and d. Entrants must only upload images that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights. 6. By entering the Promotion, entrants give their permission for their photo to be used by the Promoter without further compensation for up to one year for promotional purposes. Copyright will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to the Promoter publishing these entries on their website and possible further use on their website, Facebook,

Twitter and Instagram. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the promoters choosing without any payment but with appropriate credit given to the original entrant for up to one year. 7. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries. 8. Entrants can enter the Promotion as many times as they like during the Promotion Period. 9. Prizes: The prizes are as per the table below. 10. The prizes are not exchangeable and will be awarded in the form of a cheque. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. 12. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from winner confirmation. 13. Winner Selection: All valid entries (subject to moderation, see clause 14) will be judged by independent judge, PromoVeritas, within 7 days of each Promotion Period closing date, in accordance with the following criteria: 1 2 3 4

If two or more of the entries picked at this stage is the same, the entry that was submitted first chronologically will be awarded the prize. 14. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter: a. Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by the Promoter or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner; b. Include trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by you or used without the right holder's prior written permission (including famous names, famous quotes and company names, etc.);

c. Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); d. Promotes any political, sexist, religious or racial agenda. 15. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email within 5 working days of judging and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter may also, at its sole discretion, not award a prize if they feel a suitable winner/s is not found within the entries received during that promotion period. 17. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Incomplete entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. 19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter, and that Facebook, Instagram or Twitter has no liability for any element of this Promotion. 20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the competition and prize. 21. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received entries or winner notifications. 22. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 23. The winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.

24. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. 25. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. 26. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

27. Winners` names and counties, and their winning entry may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Hamelin Oxford Campus promotion, WARL Group Ltd, 10 Howick Place, London, SW1P 1GW by the 28th of the following month of each Promotion Period closing date for 4 weeks. 28. This Promotion is governed by the English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
