AT A GLANCE The Appcelerator Professional Services team will provide your development team with the necessary application architecture review and code review services to enable the successful implementation of a mobile app using the Appcelerator platform.
As part of the engagement, an Appcelerator Professional Service Architect will be assigned to review both your functional and design requirements. After such, he will review your app architecture with your Architect to provide critical feedback and cover any gaps. The activities will also consist of the transfer of technical best practices, and mentorship for developing wellperforming applications across multiple mobile client OS platforms, devices and form factors. In addition, the Appcelerator Advisory Services team, in conjunction with the assigned Architect, will provide periodic code reviews of the current development progress to ensure that the prescribed architecture is be implemented correctly and JavaScript coding best practices are being followed.

An Appcelerator Architect will review your project’s wireframes, and/or UI designs, to provide critical feedback on the feasibility of a successful implementation on the Titanium Platform.
An Appcelerator Architect will assist your testing team in the definition, and/or review, of the testing plan for the mobile solution. Emphasis will be placed on the proper usage and strategy for utilizing the Appcelerator Functional Test toolset.
This feedback will include highlighting areas of the design that may provide various implementation or performance challenges, recommendations of 3rd party or custom modules that may be needed to realize the implementation of the design, and overall thoughts on the complexity of the design implementation and any risk factors.
A pp Architectural Review An Appcelerator Architect will work with your Architect to review the implementation plan for the mobile app. The review will be based upon the written functional requirements for the app. The produced architectural review will typically include, but not limited to, the following: 1. Review and guidance on Alloy implementation and overall navigation patterns – specifically focused on cross-platform deployments.
A pp Co de Reviews The Appcelerator Advisory Team will provide your team with three (3) pre-scheduled code reviews to ensure that Best Practices for being followed and small course corrections can be made in a timely fashion.
