Employment Engineering Specialist City of San Ramon May 2005 – July 2016 Implemented City GIS: assessed staff GIS needs, scaled the ESRI platform from a single department of users to a citywide solution, improved workflows, supported operational integration, and enhanced internal staff communication for over 200 employees Mobile technology: piloted and scaled mobile device and remote access integration in two departments and effected change in organizational culture from paper to digital files resulting in improved operational efficiency Asset inventory: developed workflow for inventory of several thousand city assets GIS data development: developed operational layers, cartographic maps, and dynamic maps improving efficiency and effective decision making using ArcGIS for Desktop.
