Employment Engineering Specialist City of San Ramon May 2005 – July 2016  Implemented City GIS: assessed staff GIS needs, scaled the ESRI platform from a single department of users to a citywide solution, improved workflows, supported operational integration, and enhanced internal staff communication for over 200 employees  Mobile technology: piloted and scaled mobile device and remote access integration in two departments and effected change in organizational culture from paper to digital files resulting in improved operational efficiency  Asset inventory: developed workflow for inventory of several thousand city assets  GIS data development: developed operational layers, cartographic maps, and dynamic maps improving efficiency and effective decision making using ArcGIS for Desktop. Employee of the Month April 2015: Provided GIS support to restructure Police Reporting Districts and Beats and coordinated with Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office to ensure successful implementation into the 911system. Gold Star (3): 2011-2015 Recognition for GIS implementation, mobile device deployment, and improvements to operational workflows. Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal 2008: Awarded for role as Team Leader and Logistics Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom Al Ramadi, Iraq
