Sept. 24, 2009 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING BOARD OF EDUCATION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 465 LITCHFIELD, MINNESOTA 55355 AUGUST 24, 2009 A regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District 465, Litchfield, Minnesota was called to order by Board Chair Dollerschell at the Meeker County Family Services Building, Room 200, at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, August 24, 2009. Board members present: Donna McGraw, Stacey Helstrom, Dan Dollerschell, Terry Tancabel, and Brian Park. Board members absent: Karla Rick. Also present were Superintendent William Wold, Business Manager Todd Swanson, Tim Bergstrom representing KLFD, and Amber Thompson representing the Independent Review.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon the plaintiffs attorney an Answer to Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after the first publication of this Summons or personal service upon you. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the said Complaint. Vertin in document number 330013; and WHEREAS, to accomplish the goal of conveying the entire Parking Lot to Thomas M. Vertin, the I.S,D. 465 should convey the erroneously omitted parcels to Thomas M. Vertin. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
