The townhouses incorporated into the street-side of the building serve to screen the lower levels of the parking garage with active uses, providing an effective transition from the smaller scale residential buildings across the street. The tower culminates in a brilliant copper dome, heralding a landmark beacon for residents and visitors, alike.
