Pre-K Parent-Teacher Conference Time Selection Tuesday, October 18, 2016
Dear Pre-K Families: Parent / Teacher conferences will take place on:
Thursday, November 3rd 2016 (This a half day. Pre-K Dismissal is at 11:30am!!!)
Afternoon Session ................. 12:50 – 2:20pm Evening Session..................... 5:00 – 8:00pm This is the best opportunity to discuss how your Pre-K child is doing in school. The teacher will share with you her observations and samples of your child’s work which are used to assess progress. Use the tear-off below to request an approximate time for either an AFTERNOON or EVENING conference. The teacher will send you an appointment confirmation as close as possible to the time you request. On November 3rd we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointed time. Use the main entrance and then proceed to the classroom. Print, complete and return the tear-off below with your preference for a conference time and return it to the teacher as soon as possible.
