PARADISE POINT SUMMER CAMP The Episcopal Diocese of Idaho McCall, ID Facility Staff Job Description: The Facility Staff member will maintain the grounds and facilities of Paradise Point to the highest standards to enable our campers to have the best possible experience. This person will ensure that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional. Must be able to perform cleaning and general maintenance duties in various indoor/outdoor settings. Minimum Qualifications:         

Flexible and willing to work in all aspects of camp Experience working with tools (basic knowledge) Valid Driver’s License and able to drive a manual truck Willingness and ability to work 6 days a week Good character, integrity, maturity, and adaptability Willingness and ability to live within a close camp community Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and self-control Model Camp Dress Code Policy (appearance should be appropriate) At least 18 years of age

Specific Responsibilities:      

Facility support: completing maintenance requests (general: fixing screens on cabin windows, repairing program equipment, trail maintenance, etc…), collect garbage as needed, taking recycling into town weekly, etc. Janitorial support: cleaning bathhouse daily including toilets, sinks, and floors, cleaning King Lodge rooms once a week, helping in the Kitchen dishpit as needed Learn and manage the water building – taking water samples & getting them to the shuttle service in town weekly, rinsing & changing filters, managing day-to-day operations Responsible for all lost and found (daily) and at the end of each week. Leftover lost and found will be washed, pictures taken of everything, then organized & stored until the end of the summer Assisting with arrival and departure days: set-up and take-down Other duties as assigned

Responsible To: Directors Salary Information: $250 per week (meals & lodging included)
