Parent & Player Information o Free parking is available in the parking lot at the club. Do not park on the surrounding streets. o Swimming Pools & Hot Tubs are off limits to tournament players/parents/coaches o Bathrooms are located by the tennis courts and swimming pool o Bathrooms labeled “Adult Locker Rooms” are off limits to juniors o We ask all parents and spectators to stay off the court during team matches o Do not sit/go on court. If you need to give something to a player, have the coach give it to the player during a changeover only o Parent/Spectator coaching from the stands during matches is prohibited o Only the designated team coach(s) are permitted to coach players during matches o All eligible coaches must be cleared via the USTA Safeplay Program Coaches can coach on court during changeovers only and coaching cannot occur in between individual points o We ask all parents and spectators to cheer respectfully during the tournament, which means: o Avoid cheering for opponent double faults o Avoid cheering loudly to the point of distraction to the players o Each player is responsible for their own match when it comes to line calls and scoring o Parents/Spectators calling out the score or line calls is prohibited o Players should try to work out scoring disputes on the court first o If players need additional help only their team coaches or USTA Tournament staff shall get involved to find a solution o There were no official rankings/tournament results used for the team roster strength ladders o All teams submitted a line up ordered by strength based on coach evaluation All singles matches will be played by the submitted strength ladder o For all doubles matches, the strength ladder will not be enforced o Flight standings are determined by cumulative total games won after all 3 team matches o Sportsmanship and having Fun are the most important aspects of this tournament o Please strive to ensure a player understands the basics of good court etiquette and is having fun with their team regardless of their individual match outcomes o Each flight will have an individual sportsmanship winner based on coach vote Lunch: There will be a lunch provided for all players and 1 coach per team compliments of USTA NorCal
Lunch will be served on site Sunday May 31st only (Roughly 11am – 1:30pm)
Awards: There will be award ceremonies for each flight following the final team matches on Sunday: 10U Orange Ball Flight Awards: Flight A – 11:00am Flight B – 11:00am Flight C – 12:30pm Flight D – 12:30pm
12U Green Ball Flight Awards: Flight H – 1:45pm Flight E – 3:00pm Flight F – 3:00pm Flight G – 3:30pm Flight I – 4:00pm
