Purpose: The NPLCC will engage a variety of organizations that work in the landscape conservation field who are not directly represented on the NPLCC Steering Committee. Objectives: Increase awareness of the NPLCC and its work Provide partners with the understanding of how they can engage with the NPLCC Connect partners so they work together on common goals and leverage resources Share NPLCC information and data Ensure that partners see the value in sharing their information and data with the NPLCC Create a diverse funding structure for projects

What: Hold discussions with potential partners to asses how partners want to engage in the NPLCC, what the NPLCC can offer partners, and what partners can offer the NPLCC. How: NPLCC Staff will conduct a series of individual interviews with potential partners across the reach of the NPLCC, as well as convene small groups of partners with the help of Steering Committee members. Results: The feedback we get from the assessment will inform:
The levels of engagement that partners are interested in pursuing The engagement tools and activities included in the strategy Specific evaluation measures to evaluate the success of the strategy How the strategy will be implemented
