Dear Sponsor, The Pasadena Bears & Sweethearts of Texas Intercity Football, Inc. are preparing for the 2018 Football and Drill season. Each year approximately 250 boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 14, participate in our program. Our program strives to teach every child important values such as: teamwork, social interactive skills, and respect towards others. I’m sure that you agree that youth athletics play a vital role in child development. Personally, I’m very proud to be associated with so many caring volunteers that insure our efforts towards our youth are successful. Because of generous donations, annual sponsors, and volunteers, our organization has been successful for the past twenty years. With the new season rapidly approaching, we are asking for your support for our 2018 season. Your tax-deductible donations will help defray the rising cost of equipment, insurance, and uniforms. You have the option to donate any monetary amount or choose from the following sponsorship levels: BRONZE - $250.00 – Company name appears on the home-game banner and website acknowledgement. SILVER - $500.00 – Company name appears on the home-game banner, website acknowledgement, and a sponsor appreciation plaque. GOLD - $1,000.00 – Company name appears on the home-game banner, website acknowledgement, and a shadow box with team jersey. PLATINUM - $1,500.00 – Company name and logo appears on the home-game banner, website acknowledgement, a shadow box with helmet, and company name on run through. Any donation amount would be greatly appreciated. You will receive a receipt for your 100% taxdeductible contribution in the mail for your tax purposes.
