Paul Schneider, MBA Head of Corporate Governance, Public Equities at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Paul Schneider has close to 15 years of corporate governance experience. As Head of Corporate Governance, Public Equities, Paul represents Ontario Teachers’ corporate governance interests globally with responsibility for policy development, proxy voting and the public company governance engagement program. Previously, he was Director of Research the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (CCGG), helping to build the organization into a respected and influential voice in corporate governance and was involved in the development of a number of CCGG governance policies and disclosure best practice guidance. Paul represents Ontario Teachers' interests as a member of the Investor Group of the 30% Club, the Harvard Institutional Investor Forum Advisory Board, the CCGG Public Policy Committee, the Global Auditor Investor Dialogue and the Toronto Stock Exchange Listing Advisory Committee. He has been a judge for the Governance Professionals of Canada Excellence in Governance Awards for the past three years. He is a frequent speaker on corporate governance issues at conferences, symposiums and roundtables around the globe. Paul received his MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (with distinction) and holds the ICD.D
